How to log in to Felix
If you are accessing your regular Felix account, or logging in using a Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled account, here are the steps you can take to log in to Felix.
Note: To join Felix as an organisation user, you are first required to be invited by an administrator user from your organisation. Once you have been invited, you will receive an email containing your first-time log in details.
Log in to Felix
To log in to Felix:
- Navigate to okfelix.com in your web browser
- Click the Log In button in the top right corner
- Enter your email address in the field provided
- Click the Continue button
- Enter your password in the field provided
- Click the Log In button
Tip: If this is your first time logging in to Felix, you will be required to follow the link in your invitation email to create a password for your account. Use the password you set here to log in to Felix in the future. If you ever forget your password, you can learn how to reset it by reading our guide, How to reset your password.
Log in using SSO
SSO enables you to access multiple software applications using the same set of log in credentials.
If your organisation has enabled SSO for Felix:
- Visit the log in link which your organisation has provided to you in an email
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft Azure log in page
- Enter your corporate log in credentials.
- Click the Sign In button
Note: If you are unable to access, or are unsure of your password for Microsoft Azure, you will need to contact your system administrator.
Tip: Your corporate credentials refers to the email address and password that you use internally within your organisation (e.g.The credentials you use to access your work emails)
Log out of Felix
To log out of Felix:
- Hover over the User icon in the top right corner
- Select Log Out from the drop-down menu
I'm receiving an error when logging in
From time to time Felix may return an error while you're attempting to log in. The below table provides further details of the types of errors you may encounter, and how to resolve them.
|Incorrect username or password||The username or password you have entered is incorrect. Please check the details and try again.|
|The signed in user 'email@example.com' is not assigned to a role for the application.||Your organisation has not configured your corporate account with the correct permissions to access Felix via SSO. Please reach out to your organisation's internal IT team for assistance.|
