How to navigate your profile

If you simply need to know where to locate your credentials, or need a refresher, this guide will help you navigate your Felix profile.


Your Felix profile contains the following information, which can be viewed and updated (Where required) at any time:

  • Name of your organisation
  • Your position within the organisation
  • Your contact details
  • Your location and time-zone
  • Details of any teams that you may be assigned to


Note:  Your email address acts as your username when logging in to Felix. If you update your email address in your profile, be sure to use the updated email address when logging in to Felix.

Access your Felix profile

To access your Felix profile:

  1. Hover over the user icon in the top right corner of your Felix dashboard
  2. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu


Tip:  You can keep your details up to date by editing information in the required fields at any time. Be sure to click the Update button to save any changes.


Warning:  If your organisation has enabled SSO to log in to Felix, updating the email address within your user profile may result in you being denied access to Felix.
