How to submit standard rates

While prequalifying for an organisation you may be asked to submit standard rates for each of your services registered against a panel.

Add new standard rates

To add standard rates against a service:

  1. Click Expand All to display all your services
  2. For each region, click the Edit button on the right-hand side
  3. Enter your chosen rates into the columns provided
  4. Click the Save button to the right-hand side


Tip:  Clicking the Update all regions button next to a service allows you to set standard rates against all regions of a service at the same time.

How will I know if my standard rates are approved?

Once you have submitted your prequalification, the organisation will review and either approve or decline the rates you have submitted. You will receive an email letting you know which of your rates have been approved by the organisation.


Tip:  Once your prequalification has been submitted you standard rates are locked-in. If you require a change of rates, it is best to reach out directly to the organisation to facilitate this.
