Sometimes you may want to remove a compliance document that you no longer hold currency of; or the organisation may no longer require this type of document, preventing you from updating it. In cases like this it is best to archive the document.

Archive a compliance document
To archive an existing compliance document:
- Navigate to the Compliance Documents section from your application stepper
- Locate the compliance document that requires archiving
- Hover over the more icon beside the relevant document
- Select Archive from the drop-down menu
- Confirm the document archival by clicking the Yes button
View archived compliance documents
To view previously archived compliance documents:
- Navigate to the Compliance Documents section from your application stepper
- Click the blue Show Archived Documents button at the bottom of the page
- Locate the archived document you wish to view
- Hover over the more icon beside the relevant document
- Select View Detail from the drop-down menu
Note: Compliance documents that have been previously archived will show a status of Archived.
