Project groups are a way to organise and manage access to RFQs that you create within Felix.
Tip: You can learn more about project groups and how they are used by reading our guide, Understanding project groups, or learn how to create them in our guide How to create a project group.
Felix allows you to change viewing or editing permissions for an existing project group at any time. This can only be done by the Project Group Creator or an Administrator user.
To edit a project group:
Tip: You can view when a project group was last edited on the Edit Project Group page. At the top of the page, beneath the project group title, there will be a section called Modified. This section will list the date and time the project group was last modified, as well as the name of who it was modified by.
If a project group is no longer being used by your organisation, you are able to Archive it. Archival of a project group can be performed by the Project Group Creator or an Administrator user.
