Get notified of expiring vendor documents

The Documents tab within a vendor profile allows you to manage internal documents pertaining to the vendor, such as financial audits or contracts. Felix allows you to receive notifications when specific document types are expired or nearing expiry.

Enable notification of expiring vendor documents

To enable notification of expiring vendor documents:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Document Settings from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the document type you would like to receive expiry notifications for
  3. Enter a valid email address beside the relevant document type
  4. Click the Update button


Note:  Please get in touch with our friendly support team if you wish to set up vendor documents for your organisation and/or change configurations for existing documents. This may include changing the notification period, document types, notification recipients and/or document fields.
