Get notified when a vendor updates their compliance documents

Felix allows your vendors to upload compliance documents during their onboarding for your organisation. A member of your organisation will be nominated to review uploaded documents and validate them to confirm that the uploaded files satisfy your organisation's requirements. You may set up an internal notification that will trigger every time an Approved or Suspended vendor makes changes to their documents.

To ensure that documents are up to date and the vendor is continuously compliant, the vendor may be required to update, archive or upload new compliance documents. When this happens your nominated staff member, or group of members, will be required to review and re-validate the new document.

Enable notifications for changes to compliance documents

To enable notifications for changes to compliance documents:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Vendor Settings from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the Compliance Document Management section
  3. Check the box next to Notify when a vendor adds, archives or replaces a Compliance Document
  4. Enter a valid email address in the field provided
  5. Click the Update button
