When your vendor base is large you may wish to limit the number of vendors that match to your RFQs. Felix allows you to set a maximum number of vendors that you want to match with an RFQ.
Set a vendor matching limit
To set a vendor matching limit:
- Navigate to Settings > RFQ Settings from your Felix dashboard
- Locate the Other Settings section
- In the Vendor Matching Limit field enter a maximum number of vendors you wish to match with your RFQs
- Click the Update button
