How to update your email address

You can update your email address at any time while logged in to Felix. The email address associated with your Felix profile is the same email used to log in to your account.

Update your email address

To update your email address:

  1. Hover over the user icon in the top right corner
  2. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu
  3. In the User Details section, update the email fields
  4. Click the Update Profile button to save your changes

Warning:  If your organisation is using SSO you should not change your email address unless directed to by your organisation's System Administrator. Updating your email address may result in you being denied access to Felix.
