How to delete an existing user

If a user has left the company, or no longer requires access to Felix, you may wish to permanently delete their account.

Delete a user

To delete a user:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the user you wish to delete
  3. Click the delete icon to the right of the user's name
  4. Click OK to confirm the deletion


Warning:  Deleting a user is a permanent action and cannot be undone. If you do not wish to permanently delete a user, you can instead suspend them. Learn how to suspend users our guide, How to suspend a user.
