How to suspend a user

When a staff user leaves your company, or is away for an extended period of time, you may wish to suspend their account. Suspended users will appear as inactive in your staff list. Their records will be preserved in the system, however they will not be able to log in to Felix until their account has been reinstated.

Suspend a user

To suspend a user:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the user you wish to suspend
  3. Click on the user's name
  4. On the Edit User page, locate the Suspended setting
  5. Check the box to suspend the user's access to Felix
  6. Click the Save button
