The browse panel feature allows you to browse through services, and the vendors that supply them, on a per-panel basis. This can be a useful way to quickly find a vendor who provides a specific service.

The browse panel allows you to filter the results based on the service category or sub-category, the quantity required and/or the location. Depending on the configuration of the panel, you may also see the Standard Rates for each service.

Using the browse panel

The browse panel is accessible through your navigation bar. When you open this page, you will be shown a list of panels that have been configured for your organisation. Clicking the View Panel button beside the relevant panel name will allow you to browse through the services that have been made available to that panel.

The grey Panel Filter box on the left-hand side allows you to filter the results based on criteria that you set. You can use this box to quickly change between panels, only show services from a specific category or sub-category and set the required quantity and/or location. Clicking the blue Update button will update your search results to match your criteria.

Tip:  You can sort your search results by using the Sort By... drop-down menu in the top right corner.

The list of available services that match your criteria will be shown on the right-hand side. Each result will display:

  • The name of the service
  • The quantity available
  • The name and contact details of the vendor who provides the service
  • The panels that this service is a
  • The region that this service is available in
  • The standard rates that apply to this service

Once you have found a service that meets your requirements, you can easily contact the vendor using the Call, Email or Contact Details buttons. You also have the option to Engage the vendor through the browse panel.

Note:  If standard rates have been made mandatory for a panel, only services that have standard rates listed against them will be shown when browsing the panel.
