How to update terms and conditions

Felix allows administrator users to update their organisation's terms and conditions at any time.

Update terms and conditions

To update the terms and conditions document for your organisation:

  1. Navigate to Settings > General Settings from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the Terms & Conditions section of the page
  3. Drag and drop the relevant file from your computer into the upload box
  4. Click the Update button


Warning:  Uploading a new Terms & Conditions document will replace the current Terms & Conditions document.
