Get notified when a vendor submits a quote

To keep track of new quote responses from vendors and review them as soon as possible, you may enable notifications for individual quote responses. This will trigger an email notification to the staff user who created an RFQ as soon as a vendor submits a new quote response.

Enable notifications for quote responses

To enable notifications for individual quote responses:

1. Navigate to Settings > RFQ Settings from your Felix dashboard
2. Locate the Other Settings section
3. Check the box beside Automatically email the creator each time an individual quote response is received
4. Click the blue Update button
