How to update standard rates

If you have previously submitted standard rates for your items, you may have the opportunity to update your rates during a panel refresh or at any point when the organisation has unlocked the Standard Rates section of your prequalification.

Update rates for all regions

To update the standard rates against a service for all regions:

1. Click the Standard Rates link below the application stepper for the relevant organisation
2. Locate the service you wish to update standard rates for
3. Click the Update price for all regions button beside the relevant service
4. Enter the updated rates into the fields provided
5. Click the Submit button

Update rates for a single region

To update the standard rates against a service for a single region:

1. Click the Standard Rates link below the application stepper for the relevant organisation
2. Locate the service you wish to update standard rates for
3. Click the ‌ plus icon beside the relevant service to expand the rates
4. Click the Edit button beside the region you wish to update
5. Enter the updated rates into the fields provided
6. Click the Save button
