How to configure sign-off templates

Sign-off templates allow your organisation to configure an approval process in which specific staff users are required to sign off on individual sections of the questionnaire.


Note:  You must have the appropriate permissions to manage sign-off templates. You can learn more about permissions in our guide; Global security group permissions.

Create a sign-off template

To create a sign-off template:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Sign Off Templates from your Felix dashboard
  2. Click the Add Template button in the upper-right corner
  3. Enter the Template Title in the field provided
  4. (Optional) Check the box beside Default Template to make this template the default     
  5. Click the orange arrow beside a questionnaire section title to expand the section
  6. Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate staff user to be the approver for this section
  7. Repeat Steps 5-6 for the required questionnaire sections
  8. Click the blue Save button towards the bottom of the page


Tip:  Your default sign-off template will be automatically assigned to any vendor that does not have another template assigned to them.

Edit a sign-off template

To edit a sign-off template:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Sign Off Templates from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the sign off template that you wish to edit
  3. Hover over the more icon beside the relevant template
  4. Select Edit from the drop-down menu
  5. Update the template as required
  6. Click the blue Save button towards the bottom of the page
