How to deactivate a sign-off template

If you wish to make a sign-off template temporarily unavailable to be assigned you can choose to deactivate the template.

Deactivate a sign-off template

To deactivate a sign-off template:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Sign Off Templates from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the sign-off template you wish to deactivate
  3. Hover over the ‌ more icon beside the relevant template
  4. Select Deactivate from the drop-down menu


Note:  Templates that have been deactivated will show a status of Inactive in the sign-off template manager.

Re-activate a sign-off template

To re-active a sign-off template:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Sign Off Templates from your Felix dashboard
  2. Locate the sign-off template you wish to re-activate
  3. Hove over the ‌ more icon beside the relevant template
  4. Select Activate from the drop-down menu
