How to use a public registration form

Organisations using Felix often canvas the market for expressions of interest for vendors to support them on new projects, in new regions, or in new categories of supply.

Using Felix, organisations can establish "Public Registration" forms for vendors to register their interest. 

If you have been provided a web link (often in the form of a QR code) to one of these public registration forms, then please follow the below instructions to successfully register your interest with that organisation using the form.

Never used Felix before? Register as a new vendor

To register as a new vendor with an enterprise organisation on Felix:

1. Visit the public registration link made available by the organisation.
   
   
2. Complete all mandatory fields in the Contact Details section.
   
   
3. Complete all mandatory fields in the General Details section.
   
   
4. Review and Accept the Felix Vendor Terms and Conditions
   
   
5. Click the Create Account button at the bottom of the page.
   
   
6. You will see a success landing page and will receive an email that looks like below. Follow the email instructions to continue your registration.

Already using Felix? Registering as an existing user

If you already have a login to Felix, then you are likely one step closer to registering using the form.

A user in Felix can (currently) only be a vendor, or a vendor & searcher, or an organisation staff member. Staff members of enterprise organisations are unable to become a vendor with their existing email address. Contact help@felix.net for support in these situations.

As an existing vendor, to register with an enterprise organisation on Felix:

1. Visit the public registration link made available by the organisation.
2. Enter your existing Felix user Email address in the Contact Details section.
3. Complete all mandatory fields in the General Details section.
   
   

   Even if you have provided contact details and company details before, the public registration form asks you to complete this again, for certainty.

   
   
4. Click the Create Account button at the bottom of the page.

If your company has already registered with that organisation before, you will be guided to reach out to them for assistance. Public registration forms are targeted at funnelling new vendors to an organisation's vendor list.

If your company is already a marketplace vendor or searcher, then Felix will provide information about the fact you can keep the one account to manage both Marketplace and Enterprise organisation relationships.

If your company is large and has many employees, branches or divisions, you may not be familiar with Felix but others in your company might already be in Felix.

If you enter your email address that you intend to use as your username with Felix, we will provide feedback to you:

If your company centrally manages all Felix interactions

In this case you might see this alert, which prompts you to request to be added to the existing account. The existing users of the account (your work colleagues) will be informed you'd like to join them, and they'll get the context that you're trying to register with a client.

If you have already registered with that client before

In case you might have not logged into Felix in a while, we will let you know if you have already registered with that client before. You will be guided to reach out to them for assistance. Public registration forms are targeted at funnelling new vendors to an organisation's vendor list.
