Troubleshooting the "Email token expired" error

When clicking on a link from an email notification you may sometimes encounter the "Email token expired" error. This shows when the link has been previously visited by a user or spam filter software.

First-time log in link

If you have encountered this problem when accessing a new Felix account for the first time, you'll need to generate a new link using the forgotten password features. Your account email will match the email address you received the notification to.

To prevent this from recurring we recommend following our email notification troubleshooting guide, making sure to white list the okfelix.com domain.
