What does the integration do?

The Felix Oracle Aconex integration allows organisation users to import documents into Felix RFQs, then check for updates and release updated documents when needed.

Does the integration support other Aconex functions?

This integration has been built to connect Felix RFQ documents with the Aconex document management features. It doesn't support other Aconex functions.

Do I need an Aconex subscription to use this integration?

Yes, you will need an existing Oracle Aconex subscription to utilise the integration in Felix.


Documents

Are documents automatically updated in Felix?

Documents are not automatically updated in Felix. To update documents in Felix you will need to [fetch document revisions from Aconex] manually.

When I update a document in Felix will it update in Aconex?

Felix is designed to only fetch data from Aconex. Changes made in Felix will not be reflected in Aconex.

When I delete a document in Felix will it delete in Aconex?

Felix is designed to only fetch data from Aconex. Changes made in Felix will not be reflected in Aconex. If you wish to delete a document from both locations you'll need to do this in each platform separately.

Will revised documents automatically be sent to vendors when they're updated in Felix?

Revisions are released to vendors manually on Felix. This allows an RFQ owner to choose whether or not to release specific document updates to vendors.

When does Felix automatically check for document revisions?

Felix checks for new document revisions once a day at 11pm AEST.
