How to Edit a User

As an administrator, you have the option to edit the details of individual user profiles attached to your organisation.

Editing a user

To edit a user:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from your Felix dashboard.

  2. Locate the user you want to edit or enter the user's name in the search bar.
  3. Click on the user name to immediately access the user details or hover over the ‌ ellipsis icon right after the Status field and select View Details.

  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click the Update button.
