Managing the Contract List View

You can add a column for Project on the Contract List View. This allows you to easily see the contracts related to a project.


Adding the Project column to the Contract List View

To add the Project column:

  1. Navigate to your Contracts from the main menu.
  2. On the right hand side of the page, click the Columns dropdown.
  3. Click the Project checkbox. A Project column will be added on the Contracts listing.


Searching or filtering on contracts related to a project

With the added column for Project, you can filter or search on contracts related to a certain project as well.


To search or filter on contracts related to a project:

  1. Click the Show Filters button.
  2. Update the Project field with the project that you are searching for by clicking the dropdown.
  3. Click the Apply Filters button. The Contract List View will filter the data based on the filters you have set.
