Managing the Contract List View

You can add a column for Project in the contract list view. This feature facilitates the convenient identification of contracts associated with specific projects.

Adding the Project column to the contract list view

To add the Project column:

  1. Navigate to Contracts from the main menu.
  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click the Columns dropdown.
  3. Click the Project checkbox. A Project column will be added to the contract listing.



Searching or filtering contracts related to a project

By utilising the additional Project column, you can conduct searches or apply filters to contracts connected to specific projects.


To search or filter on contracts related to a project:

  1. Click the Show Filters button.
  2. Update the Project field with the project that you are searching for by clicking the dropdown.
  3. Click the Apply Filters button. The contract list view will filter the data based on the filters you have set.
