Unlock Request Email Notification

Turning on unlock request email notification informs vendors who to contact to when they need to update anything on their application and they have already submitted it to your organisation.

Enable notifications for unlock request email

To enable notifications for unlock request email:

1. Navigate to Settings > Vendor Settings from the main menu.
2. Go to the Notifications section.
3. Enter a valid email address in the text box provided for Unlock request email.
4. Click the Update button.

This is the notification that the vendor will see when the unlock request email notification is enabled.
