You can send and generate a report of expiring compliance documents for your contracted vendors in Felix to notify them of their expiring compliance documents.
Users will need the Contract Management permissions to enable this setting.
Compliance Document Notifications
To enable the compliance document notifications:
- Navigate to Settings > Contract Settings from the main menu.
- Go to Compliance Document Notifications section.
- Click the Send report of expiring compliance documents for contracted vendors checkbox.
- In the Frequency section,
- Indicate the number of days as to when you would like to receive the report.
- Indicate the number of days for documents you would like to include that will expire within next x days.
- In the Recipients section, select from the options as to whom or where you would like to send the report either to Contract owners, to a Shared mailbox or both.
- In the Settings section, you can modify the report by selecting from the following options:
- Exclude Contract Types
- Exclude Contract Statuses
- Include optional compliance documents in reminders - This will include optional and mandatory documents in the expiring documents report.
