Having full visibility of the entire supply chain for procurement and project purposes is a common aspiration for many of our clients. There are some vendors who do not engage with supplier platforms like a normal vendor, but are still needed in Felix in order to pay them, store a contract or maintain documents. Some common examples include governments, utilities and software license agreements.
Internally Managed Profiles are an optional feature for enterprise Felix organisations. If you wish to enable this feature for your organisation, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information.
With an Internally Managed Profile you will be able to:
• Maintain basic vendor details like name, ABN, address and phone number.
• Add Payment Details for approval and use.
• Add Services that the vendor performs (to find the vendor in your vendor list).
• Add documents related to the vendor.
• Assign and manage Contracts for the vendor.
• Access these profiles via our Public API for reporting in business intelligence tools.
This functionality is being delivered progressively. New features will be added to those listed above per existing plans, and in response to client feedback.
