How to cancel an engagement

Felix automatically keeps a record of vendors that you have engaged. If the works are no longer taking place, you may wish to cancel the engagement.

Warning:  Cancelling an engagement is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

Cancel an engagement

To cancel an engagement:

1. Navigate to Projects & Quotes > Engagements & Awards from your Felix dashboard
2. Locate the engagement that you wish to cancel
3. Click on the relevant engagement to view further details
4. Click the Cancel the engagement button towards the bottom of the page
5. Click the Yes button to confirm the cancellation

Note:  The vendor will receive an email notification advising them that this engagement has been cancelled.
