How to Reset Your Felix Password

You can reset your Felix password anytime by following the steps below.

I'm logged in to my account

To reset the password for your Felix account when logged in:

1. Hover over the user icon at the top right corner.
2. Select Reset Password from the dropdown menu.
   
   
3. Fill out the following fields:
   • Current Password
   • New Password
   • Confirm Password
4. Click the Change button.
   
   

I've forgotten my password

To reset your password when you've forgotten it:

1. Navigate to auth.felix.net/forgot-password in your web browser.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox for the reCAPTCHA verification.
4. Click the Submit button. You will receive an email to reset your password.
   
   
5. Click the Reset Your Password button in the email. You will be taken back to Felix page to change your password.
6. Fill out the following fields:
   • New Password
   • Confirm Password
7. Click the Change button.
