Autofill Password Issue

If you encounter a log in issue where your password autofills everytime you log in, perform the following:


Incognito window

To log in in an ingcognito window:

  1. In your browser, click the ‌ ellipsis icon at the top right corner, next to your profile icon.
  2. Click New incognito window or on your keyboard, press Ctrl+Shift+N.

  3. In the incognito window, log in your Felix account.


Remove saved password

To remove saved password:

  1. In your browser, click the ‌ ellipsis icon at the top right corner, next to your profile icon.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Go to Autofill tab and click Passwords.

  4. In Saved Passwords section, locate the Felix website.
  5. Click the ‌ ellipsis icon.

  6. Select Remove.


Try other browsers

Try to use other browsers to log in like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, etc.


If issue still persists, create a ticket and include a screenshot of the error or contact our support team.
