Prerequisites
Before getting started, you will need the following:
- An "API authorised user" setup in Eftsure
- Credentials (username and password) for that API authorised user in Eftsure
- Your "OrigId" for your Eftsure account (Eftsure can provide this to you)
- Confirmation from Eftsure that they have configured your Eftsure environment for the Felix integration requirements.
- To have setup a user in Felix that will appear as the "Validated by" or "Declined by" user on Payment records processed by Eftsure (e.g. "Eftsure Integration") (see How to Add a New User)
- To have provided to your Felix Customer Success Manager:
- The Felix user name you created in Step (5) above
- Details of any Entities from Eftsure if you desire to use the Eftsure Entities feature in Felix
- Permission in Felix to make changes on the Integrations page
Setting up the Felix-Eftsure Integration
Follow these steps to enable Eftsure in Felix:
- Confirm you have completed Prerequisites above and are in contact with your Felix Customer Success Manager during the setup steps below.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations from the top menu.
- Locate the Eftsure tile on the page.
- If this is your first time connecting to Eftsure, you will see a +Connect button. Click this.
- The tile will expand to display fields for you to complete.
- Enter the OrigId, Username and Password as provided by Eftsure.
You can use the Test Connection link to test the Eftsure connection without enabling Eftsure right away.
- If you are ready to connect and enable Eftsure, click the Connect button. You will be presented with a modal to confirm your action.
- Once enabled, the Eftsure tile will collapse and display an enabled toggle switch. The Connect button will also change to display "Manage" as the connection has been setup.
- Finally, reach out to your Customer Success Manager once more to validate that all configuration steps are complete by Felix.
